Kade is a quiet and kindhearted teenager with a love for books. He prefers to spend his time working as an assistant in the library and among the bookshelves. He is the perfect example of a pretty boy and his time spent with his nose in countless of pages has left him with a very keen mind. Although he isn't wealthy or famous, he is popular with the students and is well loved by everyone (especially Annie Machiavelli, who has a crush on him).
At night, Kade dons the masked identity of "Shadow Wraith", a whimsical and comedic hero with umbrakinetic abilities and animated objects as sidekicks. Shadow is bold and daring, and very flirtatious with the ladies, which is annoying to some people. Despite his mistaken reputation as a supervillain, Shadow strives to be the very best that he can without caring about the "expectations-of-the-worst" aimed toward him.
